Our meals are prepared from scratch by a dedicated culinary team and served buffet-style with meat and vegetarian options.

RMBL is not able to provide regular vegan options.  More restrictive diets, including vegan and complicated allergies, cannot be guaranteed.

The Dining Hall will open with 3 meals per day from June 6, 2022, through August 21, 2022, and from September 11-17, 2022, for staff and the scientific community.  

Meals will be limited to lunch only from August 22 to September 10, 2022.

The final day of dining service for the 2022 season will be September 17.

Meal Hours:

• Breakfast 7 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
• Lunch 12 p.m.- 1:00 p.m.
• Dinner 6 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
